In re: Domestic Drywall Antitrust Litigation, No. 13-MD-2437 (E.D. Pa.)
The Drywall Antitrust Litigation was brought on behalf of all Persons who, between January 1, 2012 and June 16, 2016, purchased drywall or plasterboard, from a Defendant or one of Defendants’ subsidiaries. Defendants include CertainTeed Gypsum, Inc., USG Corporation, United States Gypsum Company, New NGC, Inc., Lafarge North America, Inc., Eagle Materials, Inc., American Gypsum Company LLC, PABCO Building Products, LLC, and TIN, Inc.
If you purchased Drywall in the United States directly from any of these manufacturers from January 1, 2012 through June 16, 2016, you may be entitled to recover from combined settlements in this case that total approximately $190.7 million. The settlement funds will generally be distributed pro rata based on drywall purchases from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2013, plus some limited payments to class members who only purchased drywall after December 31, 2013.
